Product Details

Product Description

The Fixon handheld laser welder is a new-generation welding solution built

with a premium Raycus fiber laser source. It features an all-in-one integrated

design—sleek appearance, stable performance, easy installation, simple

operation, and high safety.

Key advantages: ultra-fast welding speed, high efficiency, excellent weld

appearance, minimal consumables, long service life, and eco-friendly

operation.

Wide applications: kitchenware, doors and window railings, staircases and

elevators, stainless-steel furniture, hardware sheet metal, signage, crafts and

gifts, auto repair and manufacturing, rail transit, and aerospace welding.

Standard Wire Feeder + Cobots Ready

Comes standard with a wire feeder, which relaxes gap-fit requirements

and further improves weld quality.

Can be paired with a collaborative robot by fixing the welding torch on the

cobot arm—reducing operator workload and improving seam consistency

and overall weld quality

Handheld laser head

Laser welding heads are widely used in complex and

irregular welding processes across industries such as

staircases and elevators, shelving, ovens, stainless steel

doors, windows, and railings, electrical distribution

boxes, and stainless steel furniture. They perfectly

replace traditional TIG welding for joining metal

materials including stainless steel plates, iron plates,

and aluminum plates.
