By accessing and using Fixonlaser's website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Fixonlaser products and services.

Fixonlaser manufactures and sells high-precision laser welding equipment including:

• Mold laser welding machines
• Jewelry laser welding machines
• Medical precision welding machines
• OEM/ODM customization services

All product specifications, features, and capabilities are subject to technical limitations and may vary based on configuration and application requirements. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products, or update service offerings at any time without prior notice.

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Disclaimer: Fixonlaser products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our warranty policy.

Limitation: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All intellectual property rights in Fixonlaser products, software, documentation, and materials remain the exclusive property of Fixonlaser.

Purchase of equipment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included software for the operation of your equipment.

We collect and process personal information necessary for order processing, customer support, and service delivery.

Your information may be used for order fulfillment, technical support, warranty service, and safety notifications.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and do not sell or share it with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or compliance with law.

Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time with written notice.

Upon termination, existing orders and warranties remain in effect, outstanding payments become immediately due, and software licenses may be revoked if terms are violated.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Chinese arbitration rules.

These Terms are originally drafted in English. In case of conflicts with translations, the English version shall prevail.

Fixonlaser reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards.

Material changes will be communicated via email, website notice, or an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
